Schedule Auto SMS in android to send at later time

one of the necessary feature i used to be trying from the day i started using mobile phone is Message / SMS Scheduler, i continuously needed to deffer sms or send sms at specified time for several reasons most of the time i needed to want my friends, family or relatives on their birthday or anniversaries at nighttime while not loosing the sleep or several time i needed to send SMS at specified time after I am not within the town.

many times i forget to want throughout the birthdays of friends even if i'd have remembered one or 2 days before,recently i even forgot to want my sister on her birthday 1st :(
